AIDS & CFS: African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) Implicated

"What do people suffering of AIDS and those suffering of CFIDS - chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome - have in common? Apparently more than immune trouble. There is a virus that seems to be present in both, but is almost never tested for.

HHV-6A, thought to be a genetic cross between Cytomegalovirus and ASFV, is found in both AIDS and CFIDS patients.

HIV instead, a relatively harmless retrovirus that cannot cause the symptoms of AIDS, has been given all the blame. The hypothesis that HIV = AIDS has been scientifically and quite thoroughly discredited by Peter Duesberg in his book "Inventing the AIDS Virus, ..." http://www.newmediaexplorer.org/sepp/2005/04/28/aids_chronic_fatigue_modified_african_swine_fever_virus_implicated.htm

It's bizarre to me that people cannot see what is right in front of them. I suppose that it's too big for people to see, and/or they trust what their government has told them (based on blind faith). I believe that people are simply naive. Some days I wish I didn't know half of what I now know, because it's still so hard to fathom the depths of my government's betrayal of her people.

I have also found that the CFS community has an inability to cope with the "A" word. So, I believe there is a major component of denial and stigmata at play. If you perceive yourself stigmatized then stigmata will follow. I have no judgement towards any of it. My stealth pathogen is undetectable and (statistically speaking) is not rare. If this pathogen is in my body, nobody is safe from it.

I wasn't too keen about the 'Scarlet Letter' at first either, but the reality is that if CFS patients want attention and funding, they need to get over their fear of AIDS. It's honestly not that scary once you get to know it; There are a ton of books you can read about your illness, and you will feel far more empowered about your health. AIDS has simply become yet another word in my lexicon. I don't see what the big deal is: I Acquired a pathogen that led to my Immune Deficiency Syndrome. It's not HIV. It's "non-HIV AIDS."

Once you accept that it is what it is, you will start to get the medical attention, services, and respect that you truly deserve as a patient. I have also found that none of my friend's ever reply: "Oh, I have that too" (which is otherwise a major issue for CFS patients).
